User can't see a shared project

❓ Issue/Question

• Why can't I see this project?
• A peer shared the URL to a project with me, but I’m not able to see it

👌 Resolution/Answer

• A user with access to the project clicks … > Edit

• If it’s set to Invite-only, set it to Public or invite the users directly
• Workaround 1: Re-add the user
  • If the user is already in the invite list but still can’t see the project, remove them and add them again
• Workaround 2: Send the direct link
  • Send the user the project’s direct link instead of the URL from the Share button
