❓ Issue/Question

• I don’t see the livestream starting, even when it says live on the schedule
• Are you receiving feed for this stream?
• We’re sending the stream, but not seeing it on our platform!
• How to duplicate a schedule?

👌 Resolution/Answer

• Navigate to Streams, find the stream with the issue and click Mark as done
  • This clears the stalled ingest so you can restart cleanly
• Create a new schedule for the same receiver
  • How do I schedule a live event in ScorePlay?
  • To copy the details of the original schedule, click … next to it and select Duplicate
  • Check that the new schedule has all the correct details and starts at least 2 minutes in the future
