To download media, the Media Library > Can Download permission must be enabled on your account.

👌 Resolution/Answer
- Open the recorded live ingest.
- In the right-side panel, locate the
Saved Mediasection. - Click
VOD Creation.
- You will be redirected to the video within the corresponding collection.

Downloadthe video.
🔖 Notes
- The VOD should be available immediately in the media library once the live stream ends.
- Transcoding of the different versions/proxies may take approximately 15–20 minutes, depending on the duration of the live stream.
