🔖 Notes
- ScorePlay's routing engine scans IPTC metadata on every file uploaded to the FTP folder. For keyword routing, it looks for
sp_oropta_prefixes in the keywords field. When a match is found against a collection's External ID or Raw Name, the asset is automatically moved to that collection. If no match is found, the asset falls back to Live Mode. - Keyword matching is case-insensitive, so there is no difference between uppercase and lowercase letters when matching keywords.
- Routing fails if the IPTC metadata contains more than one
opta_orsp_keyword. The second keyword prevents routing. - Routed media is immediately visible to all users with collection access — there is no review buffer
