❓ Issue/Question

👌 Resolution/Answer

  • Open the ScorePlay panel in Premiere Pro.
    • Window > Extensions > Scoreplay
  • Import your media by selecting media and selecting your preferred proxy quality.

  • Once the proxy import is complete, the panel will automatically scan for unlinked proxies. If any are found, a blue banner will appear at the top of the panel indicating that proxies are ready to be relinked.

  • Click Reconnect Full-Res.
  • In the relink dialog, select the proxy files you want to reconnect and click Relink.

  • The panel will download the original media from ScorePlay and reconnect it to the corresponding proxies in Premiere Pro.
  • When the process is complete, a green banner will appear at the top of the panel confirming that all selected proxies have been successfully relinked.
