How to add a log to a cart?

In order for you to search and add logs to a cart, the following Video logs > Can view page and Can view logs permissions should be enabled on your account. 

If you don't see it, reach out to your admin or refer to the Account Type Permissions Overview article for more information.

👌 Resolution/Answer

  • Yes, it is possible to add logs to a cart for download.
  • For this, go to the Video logs section in the left sidebar.
  • Click on the desired log. This will open a panel on the right with the video and a few options.
  • Click Add to cart from those options.
  • A window will appear asking you to select a cart. Type the name of your cart to search for it.
    • Note: If no cart exists yet, it will be created automatically with the name you enter.
  • Optionally, you can also edit the log name in the field below the cart name.
  • Click Add and the log will be added to your cart.
