In order for you to view and approve pending uploads that require validation, the Validation > Can view page and Validation > Can approve page permissions should be enabled on your account.
The Validation page will appear if your account has Validator access AND if there are uploads that require validation.
If you don't see it, reach out to your admin or refer to the Account Type Permissions Overview article for more information.

- Go to
Validation - In the Validation page, click on
Viewto see the assets pending for validation.
- The validation page also has these options:

Session tags- Here, you can view the tags that will be automatically added to the assets in your library upon validation. -
Manage access- Use this button to manage the permissions of the collection, such as privacy, embargo, and expiration dates. -
Validate all- Use this button to validate the entire session once you are done editing, deleting, and managing the assets. -
Validate- Use this button to validate an individual asset. -
Edit- Use this button to edit the asset before validation. -
Delete- Use to delete the asset pending validation. -
Download- Use to download the assets -
Filter- Use this button to filter between validated and non-validated assets.

- Select assets and validate them individually or in bulk:
- Once validated, the assets would disappear from the validation page and get published to the collection
