- I am not receiving the email to recover my password
- Why am I not receiving the password reset email?
- I clicked on the “Forgot password” option, but I didn't receive any password reset email
👌 Resolution/Answer
- Use Google Chrome browser and re-send the email:
- Check your spam folders in your email inbox
- Check your email settings for any filter/blocking settings for Scoreplay email domains
- If you are still not receiving any password reset email, reach out to your platform admin to request a manual link/invite link to reset your password
