In order for you to upload a media into a collection, the Upload > Can upload and Media library > Can view collections permissions should be enabled on your account.

❓ Issue/Question
- I'm trying to upload a file, but when I select a collection from the upload page (i.e., Day 1 Ljubljana 2026), it doesn't stay selected.
👌 Resolution/Answer
- Try accessing the Upload page using the incognito mode of your browser.
🥚 Cause
- Browsers' cache can sometimes interfere with the platform's functionality. Clearing the cache should resolve the issue.
