In order for you to add a new player on your platform, the Teams & players > Can create player permission should be enabled on your account.
If you don't see it, reach out to your admin or refer to the Account Type Permissions Overview article for more information.

👌 Resolution/Answer

Navigate to
Configure>Teams & Players>Players. -
In the top-right corner, click
New>From CSV.
- Download the sample CSV file when prompted.
- Populate the CSV file with the players you would like to create.
- Drag and drop the completed CSV file into the upload box.
- Once the upload is complete, the players will be created automatically.
🔖 Notes
- After the players are created, they must be manually assigned to a team, and their headshots must be uploaded separately.
