- Is there anyway i can see myself if the players' faces are indexed?
👌 Resolution/Answer
- At the moment, there is no way to verify from the platform whether a player's headshot has been successfully indexed. This information is not currently available in the user interface.
- Headshots are automatically indexed by the system after they are uploaded. In most cases, this process completes successfully without any user action.
- If the indexing process fails, the most common symptom is that the AI is unable to recognize or automatically tag the affected player in media.
- If you suspect a headshot has not been indexed correctly because the AI is not tagging a player, please contact the Support team via Live chat so the issue can be investigated.
