👌 Resolution/Answer
- Labels are permission sets attached to media assets that control who can access specific content based on user types.
- They appear visibly on thumbnails and provide an additional layer of digital rights management beyond basic organization.
- You can access the labels settings by going to

- Common label types include:
- Approved - Content that's cleared for broad distribution to everyone on ScorePlay, including athletes, sponsors, and all platform users.
- Limited Use - Content with usage restrictions that should only be visible to staff who understand these limitations. This often includes raw or unapproved content.
- Admin Only - Content restricted to administrative users only.
- Content Team - Content that requires review or approval before wider distribution.
- Raw - Unedited, in-progress, or sensitive content that should only be available to specific teams.
