Credit tag is added as a normal tag

In order for you to access the Taxonomy page, the Taxonomy > Can edit tags permission should be enabled on your account.

❓ Issue/Question

  • The tag is added as a tag, not a credit, but it must be added as a credit.
  • The photographer credit tag is not being added as a Credit in the media, but as a normal tag.

 

👌 Resolution/Answer

  • Navigate to Taxonomy → Tag group tab 
  • Edit the Credits tag group
  • Add the relevant photographer tag to the list of credits by following the article below

 

🥚 Cause 

  • The system will detect the photographer tag as a credit and convert the tag into a credit.
