In order for you to access the Project feature, the Projects > Can view page permission should be enabled on your account.

❓ Issue/Question
- I am looking to share this main project (and all of the subs) internally so others can add more subprojects. From there, to then eventually share the main project (with all subs) externally.
- Do sub-projects need to stay public for other collaborators on the parent project to see them? And how do you restrict a sub-project to a smaller group?
👌 Resolution/Answer
- To restrict a project to specific users, set its visibility to Invite Only
- Sub-project visibility follows the sub-project's own sharing setting, not the parent's.
- Sub-project set to public — everyone with access to the parent project can also see and open the sub-project. Access is inherited automatically.
- Sub-project set to invite only — only the users you explicitly add can see it. Collaborators can still work in the parent project without the sub-project appearing for them.
