I'm not able to publish an entire project as a collection

In order for you to publish from a project, the Projects > Can publish permission should be enabled on your account.

❓ Issue/Question

  • Is there a simple way to move an entire project into a collection—I've found that I have to move it assets by assets and it would be simpler to do it in one move if possible.
  • User is not able to publish a project as a collection.
  • Error when publishing a project as a collection - “No medias match your request”

 

👌 Resolution/Answer

  • This feature is currently unavailable.

 

  • As workaround:
    • Create the collection in the Collection Management tool
    • Go to the Project and select all media inside
    • Publish them into the newly created collection
