❓ Issue/Question
- How can I move media from a parent project into a sub-project?
- Can I add media to a sub-project directly from the Media Library?
👌 Resolution/Answer
- Go to the main project
- Select the media you'd like to move
- Add a custom tag (e.g., “move-to-sub”) to make it easier to locate later.
- Click
Publish

- In the new window click
Submit - Open the sub-project
- Click
Add Content>Add from Library

- Use the search bar to find your custom tag
- Select all media
- Click
Import

🔖 Notes
- Alternatively, you can download and re-upload media to the sub-project.
- Sub-projects currently do not support direct media moves or imports from parent projects or the Media Library in the same way main projects do.
