User can't see a shared project

💻 Environment/Context

• Project
• Invite-only
• Request failed with status code 401 error

❓ Issue/Question

• Why can't I see this project?
• A peer shared the URL to a project with me, but I’m not able to see it.

👌 Resolution/Answer

• The user with access to open the project should click … > Edit

• If it's set to Invite-only you'll need to either set it up to Public or invite other users directly

• Workarounds:
  • If the target user is already included in the invite-only list but still cannot view the project, remove the user and re-add them. This should refresh their permissions and restore access to the project.
  • You can also try to send the end user a direct link to the project, rather then the URL generated by the Share button.
