  • How can I create a sharelink to a Project, so my photographer can easily share pictures?

 

👌 Resolution/Answer

  • Projects do not have an external upload feature. There are two ways to get photos in, depending on who is uploading:
    • If the photographer is an external contributor (not a platform user): 
      • Create a Collection for the content and generate an external upload link from it. 
        • How to create an external upload link?  
        • When generating the link, you can set the access level (including Only Admin access) from the dropdown menu in the link-generation dialog. Share that link with the photographer so they can upload without needing a platform account.
    • If the photographer already has a ScorePlay account with access to the Project:
      • They don't need a link at all. They can upload media directly into the Project from within it.
