Why doesn’t a collection appear in search?

I can't find a current collection with us via the search field. What could be the reason?

Currently, if a collection is empty, meaning it doesn’t contain any media, it may not appear in the search field. A collection can contain subcollections, but it must have media directly within it to be considered non-empty for search purposes. This is a current limitation in ScorePlay that our internal team is investigating for a potential fix
Workaround A: Upload media to the collection
- Your account type will need permission Upload > Can Upload enabled
- Once enabled, upload media directly to the collection
- Once the collection contains media, it should appear in the search field
Workaround B: Find the collection through Collection Management
- Your account type will need permission Collection Management > Can View Page enabled
- Once enabled. navigate to Configure > Collection Management
- Search for the collection there, as empty collections should still appear in this section
