Failed to save placeholder error

• Change placeholder

❓ Issue/Question

• I can't change the placeholder. Doesn't save properly and prompts an error message.

👌 Resolution/Answer

• Open the media in Chrome.
• Open the media details and set the new placeholder.
  • How to change the placeholder of a video or image 
• Save the new placeholder. It should update without the error.
   

🔖 Notes 

• The issue seems to happen in Safari specifically.
• Placeholder changes load indefinitely
