❓ Issue/Question
- How far back in your systems does it maintain bulk media ready to download? I’m looking for a link to download media that happened back in April 2025.
- I need to re-download media using a previous link I had in my notifications section, but the old notifications/links are no longer showing in the notifications section
👌 Resolution/Answer
- Download links in the notifications section are valid for 24 hours. When new notifications are generated, older ones are removed, which also causes their associated download links to disappear.
