Downloaded clip does not appear on my computer

• Missing download file

❓ Issue/Question

• I have downloaded a clip, but I can't find it under downloads on my Mac.
• You download a clip from a portal and the file does not appear in your Downloads folder.

👌 Resolution/Answer

• Check the browser rather than the folder
  • Open your browser's downloads list to see whether the file completed 
  • The browser may be set to save to a different folder than Downloads
• Start the download again from the portal
  • Open the portal and go to your notification page
  • Start the download again and confirm the file appears in the browser's downloads list
• Try a different browser if the file still does not appear

🔖 Notes 

• A repeated download attempt has been enough to resolve this, in both Safari and Chrome 
• If the file never appears in the browser's downloads list, reach out via the Live Chat with the portal and the clip concerned
