In order for you to download media from the platform, the Media library > Can download & Upload > Can upload permissions should be enabled on your account.

❓ Issue/Question
- When I click on download, there are two options: compressed and original, but compressed is selected by default.
- Why is the compressed version selected by default instead of the original version like the other files?
- When downloading media, the compressed version is selected by default, and this confuses our team because they downloaded the wrong quality
- I noticed there is an option to download images on Scoreplay as "Compressed" instead of original. Can I please have this removed on our platform?

- When a media file defaults to
Compressedinstead ofOriginalin the download options, this is a known issue that occurs with specific files. Currently, there is no permanent fix available, but the following workaround can resolve it on a per-file basis. - Workaround:
- Open the affected media and download it in Original quality.
- Re-upload the downloaded file to the same collection.
- Open the re-uploaded media and click
Download,Original will now be selected by default.
