👌 Resolution/Answer
- When accessing/downloading files from ScorePlay, we recommend using the Google Chrome browser. If you want to save your downloads from ScorePlay directly into your external drive/storage, you can adjust the download settings of your Google Chrome browser.
- You can choose a location on your computer where downloads should be saved by default or pick a specific destination for each download.
- On your computer, open Chrome.

…>Settings>Downloads - Adjust your download settings:
