• Download
• No file formats available for selected media error

❓ Issue/Question

• I have an issue when trying to download a VOD. I get an error message: No file formats available for selected media

👌 Resolution/Answer

• Locate the Live Ingest source associated with the VOD (in the Live section)
• Re-publish the VOD into the collection by clicking Edit collection > Update on top right of the Live ingest.
