❓ Issue/Question
- When we upload the files, we click no regarding "Share with detected partners" so that they do not have access, but when the videos are loaded, the sponsors' tags appear.
- Media are tagged with sponsor tag despite we disabled the “Share with detected partners” on upload.
👌 Resolution/Answer
- The system will always detect players and sponsors and apply the relevant tags. However, if media access for sponsors is disabled, the media will not be visible to accounts with the Sponsor role.
- You can verify this by navigating to the Media > Access and checking whether the Sponsor account type is selected.
🔖 Notes
- Tags and media availability for sponsors are two separate settings.
