❓ Issue/Question
- I'm having issues with some clips uploaded to one of our collections. The format is R3D maybe that's what making the clips appear to be corrupted.
- The R3D videos I uploaded don't show any preview

- This is expected behavior.
🥚 Cause (optional)
- We don't support the transcoding of R3D files. R3D files can be stored on the platform for distribution and download, but there is no preview available.
