Media shows in a incorrect order when sorting via "Capture Date"

❓ Issue/Question

• Just wondering is there any particular reason why assets from 2024 are 'older' than images from 2023 when using “capture date” sorting?

👌 Resolution/Answer

• To confirm the unprocessed metadata:
  • Open the reported photo.
  • Click Info > View all under Metadata

• To confirm the photo has the metadata included:
  • Download the photo
  • Check the metadata using https://www.metadata2go.com/
  • Search for fields such as “date_time”
• If the metadata doesn't match the files can be reported internally for reprocessing of the metadata, or re-upload manually.
