Is there a way to rotate media via ScorePlay UI?

❓ Issue/Question

  • This video is horizontal/vertical, and I’d like to flip it to the other position. Is there a way for me to do that via the ScorePlay platform?

 

👌 Resolution/Answer

  • At the moment, there is no a way to rotate a media via the UI.
  • The best workaround is to ask the customer to:
    • Download the file
    • Rotate the file via the system editor
    • Re-upload the file
