I am unable to add a credit on a series of photos

In order for you to add the credit on a media, the Media library > Can edit credits permission should be enabled on your account.

If you don't see it, reach out to your admin or refer to the Account Type Permissions Overview article for more information.

 

 

 

❓ Issue/Question

  • I am unable to insert a credit on a series of photos. Once the process is started, the credit addition begins, spins but never becomes operational.

 

👌 Resolution/Answer

  • Check if the credit already exists
  • If not, go to Taxonomy > Tag group > Credits >  Add the new credit.

  • Go back to the collection
  • Select all the media that you want to add the credit to
  • Add the credit that should appear in the dropdown menu
