In order for you to publish short clips, the Social Media > Can view page permission should be enabled on your account.

👌 Resolution/Answer
- If you're looking to publish clips shorter then 3 minutes, set up the social media channels connected to the platform in
Distribution>Social Media
- Later, the user will be able to see the
Publish>Share To Social Mediabutton when clipping a video.
🔖 Notes
- Videos longer then 3 minutes will have to be published to the Media Library first, and then sent to Youtube.
