How to share media with multiple versions?

In order for you to share media versions, the Media Library > Can Share permission should be enabled on your account.

If you don't see it, reach out to your admin or refer to the Account Type Permissions Overview article for more information.

👌 Resolution/Answer

  • Open the selected media that contains multiple versions.
  • Click the Versions icon in the right panel.

  • Set the desired version of the media as Default.

  • Click the three dots … in the top-right corner.
  • Click Share.
