In order for you to download via MASV, the Media Library > Can download via MASV permission should be enabled on your account.

- How do I download media via MASV?
👌 Resolution/Answer
- Initiate a download from ScorePlay as normal
- If the total file size exceeds the threshold (default: 1 GB), ScorePlay automatically uploads the files to MASV — you will see a notification in the ScorePlay notification center
- Once the upload is complete, you receive a notification in ScorePlay with two download options:
- Download — browser-based download
- MASV App — desktop app download (faster; requires the free MASV app to be installed. You can download it for free from masv.io.)
- Click your preferred option to begin the transfer to your device using MASV's accelerated protocol

- MASV is a large file transfer service optimized for media and entertainment workflows. This integration enables automatic large file delivery from ScorePlay when file sizes exceed storage or bandwidth thresholds, providing users with browser-based or app-based download options.
- MASV provides faster download speeds than standard web downloads via an optimized transfer protocol.
- The integration is automatic transfer-based. When a file exceeds the configured threshold (default: 1GB), ScorePlay uploads to MASV and notifies the recipient, who can download via browser or the MASV free desktop app.
- Selecting multiple videos in bulk may get the total download size above 1 GB and trigger the MASV pipeline.
- MASV works for downloads from your ScorePlay web interface as well as downloads from Portals. However, MASV does not trigger in the respective use cases
