  • Yes, you can change the placeholder/thumbnail of a video or image.
    • Open the desired media file and click on the 3 dots on the upper corner right.

  • Then click on Change placeholder and select either Upload file or Edit placeholder.
    • Upload file will allow you to upload your own file
    • Edit placeholder will allow you to crop the current image or video to select the part you want to use as a placeholder/thumbnail.
