Can AI tag a newly created sponsor in the existing collections?

Is there a way that the AI can retroactively tag a sponsor in past albums that were uploaded before the sponsor/external group was created?
I just added a new player sponsor. Will AI tag them in my previous collections?
Will the AI automatically tag a sponsor I just created in old media?

No. The AI does not tag sponsors retroactively. The AI only recognizes sponsor(s) in media that was uploaded after the sponsor/external group was created in ScorePlay. It does not scan or reprocess media that was already in the platform before the sponsor profile existed.

What to do based on your situation?

You need the sponsor tagged in media you upload from now on
