❓ Issue/Question

• This notification pop-up keeps showing up even after dismissing it
• Notification pop-up reappears after clicking “Dismiss.”

👌 Resolution/Answer

• Go to your Notifications page(bell icon) at the top-left corner
• Check for any unread/unseen notifications
• Look for notifications in lighter/bold font (indicates unread)
• Click the action button next to each unread notification (e.g., Download, View)
• Refresh your page
• The notification pop-up should no longer reappear

🥚 Cause (optional)

• Unread notifications trigger persistent pop-ups until they are opened or actioned.

🔖 Notes 

• Your account has unopened/unseen notifications if the notification/bell icon has a number on it.
