• I see a red exclamation point or a number next to Live in the menu. What does it mean?

👌 Resolution/Answer

• The red badge next to Live is a live stream counter that shows how many live streams are active on your platform right now. A badge showing 1 means one live stream is in progress. It is not an error or warning. It's designed to let users know at a glance that something is currently live

• To watch the stream:
  • Go to Live > Live Media
  • Click the Live tab
  • Select the active stream to play it
