❓ Issue/Question
- Hello, a user is assigned to the Admin Content account type and should have access to live streams on both the homepage and within the interface. However, they are currently only seeing the FTP Photo section and not the live streams.
- Why can’t this user see the live stream?
- Why doesn’t the live stream appear in the media library for this user?
👌 Resolution/Answer
-
Verify that the user’s account type has the correct permissions to view live streams, either in the
Media Libraryor theLivesection- If you are not an admin, please follow → I can't see the current live stream from the Live section
- Verify that the user’s account type has access to the live stream
- Review the user’s access settings and check whether the live stream contains any tags that the user is restricted to. If tag-based access is configured, make sure the live stream has the required tags based on the user’s access rules
- If other users with the same account type and access permissions can see the live feed, the issue may be related to a browser cache
- If none of the above resolves the issue, please contact ScorePlay Live Chat Support for further assistance
