Unable to end a stuck live stream

Live Recording Stuck in "Starting Ingest" and Cannot Be Ended
This live recording is not responding when we hit “End Stream”
A live recording is stuck in a Live feed detected, starting ingest state in the Live Media tab. Clicking the End stream button returns a success notification, but the feed does not actually stop
In my live media it is saying there are no live streams, but on the home page it is saying it is still live

If you have a livestream that is currently stuck in Live feed detected, starting ingest state, please reach out to our Support Team via Live Chat so we can investigate further
If you wish to remove the stuck/non working feed from the Live media tab (e.g., the live stream already ended or the issue was resolved after recreating the schedule), you can follow the workaround below

  - Go to Live > Live Media tab
  - Open the stuck feed's media details page
  - Click the ... (3 dots) at the top right corner and select Delete
  - Confirm the deletion

For streams stuck in Live feed detected, starting ingest state, the End stream button may not reliably terminate the feed in this scenario. The workaround is to delete the stuck feed directly from the Live Media tab. Once deleted, the feed will be removed from view. This only deletes the stuck feed record. It does not affect any receivers or other live infrastructure
