Live stream still not visible for external group after permissions are enabled

Every required live permission is enabled, but the live stream is still not visible to my users
My account type has the correct live permissions, but the live feed does not appear in the Live Media section

Check that these permissions are enabled on the account type: Media Library>Can view live media, Live>Can view page, and Can view stream
Go to Live Media and open the live stream that's not showing up
Note which tags are applied to that live media
Go to Distribution > External Groups and open the external group whose users can't see the stream
Check the group's tag access rules - these define which tags media must have to be visible to that group
If the live media is missing any of those required tags, add them to the media
Ask affected users to refresh their page - the stream should now appear

An external group can have tag-based access rules, so its users only see media carrying the tags defined in those rules. A live media that is missing one of those tags stays invisible to the group even when every permission is set correctly
