❓ Issue/Question
- Can you tell me why this ingested file (from an SRT Pull) is still decoding?
- A media ingested via SRT Pull is still showing "Preview is loading" after the stream has ended, and the VOD is not available to download.
👌 Resolution/Answer
- If more than 30 minutes have passed since the live ingest ended, check the corresponding live ingest in the Live section.
- If the live ingest is not displaying a feed, this is likely the cause.
🥚 Cause
- If the live ingest is very short (for example, 1–2 minutes), the system may not have had enough time to process and record the incoming feed. As a result, no proper VOD asset can be generated.
