Unable to download clip from "Live" to Media Library

To be able to create clips from the Live section, your account type must have the Live > Can clip in stream permission enabled.

If you don't see it, reach out to your admin or refer to the Account Type Permissions Overview article for more information.

I am unable to clip/ download anything from our live stream of this game. The option isn't available, there aren't the relevant buttons.
There’s no Clip button in the live video player
