❓ Issue/Question

  • Tt is currently impossible to download photos in the original format, only in compressed format. Could you please resolve this issue as soon as possible?
  • Media in the Live > Media from FTP aren't available in Original quality 

 

👌 Resolution/Answer

  • It's a technical problem that needs to be escalated to the technical team
  • Workaround:
    • Select media in Media from FTP tab
    • Click … > Publish to Library
    • Choose a destination
    • Open the collection when the media were published
    • Click Download and select Original
