- Is it possible to activate the text transcription on live streams ? especially at the press conferences?
👌 Resolution/Answer
- At the moment it's not possible.
- Transcriptions are created after the stream ends, once the recording is fully processed and added to the media library. This is mainly due to the format, as the transcription process relies on HLS for playback. Currently, the live ingest system (which handles RTMP/SRT feeds and converts them into HLS for playback and clipping) doesn’t include real-time speech-to-text.
