- I am trying to make a shareable link so that someone who does not have a Scoreplay account can see a clip without logging in. I have tried making a shareable link. However, it generates the link but takes me to an empty page.
- A user wants to share a live stream with external users or broadcast it outside the platform.
👌 Resolution/Answer
- Live streams cannot be shared externally. External live streaming or re-streaming is not supported.
🥚 Cause
- This limitation is in place for security and content protection reasons. If content needs to be shared externally, it can be distributed after the live event using the VOD media asset that is automatically generated once the stream has ended.
