How to count media uploaded via FTP within a date range

In order for you to access the FTP section on your platform, the Live > Can view page and Can view FTP permissions should be enabled on your account. 

If you don't see it, reach out to your admin or refer to the Account Type Permissions Overview article for more information.

 

 

 

❓ Issue/Question

  • Is there a way to get a count of all the FTP images uploaded during our last competition (15th-19th July)?
  • How can I check how many images/videos were uploaded via FTP between two specific dates?
  • I need to know how many media files were uploaded via FTP within a specific date range (for example, during a competition or event).

 

👌 Resolution/Answer

  • Go to Live and navigate to Media from FTP.

  • Click on Date and select the date range you want to check..

  • The page will now display all media uploaded within that range, along with the total count shown on the left side.
