• How to connect to the Amazon S3 server via Cyberduck?

👌 Resolution/Answer

• Download the Cyberduck app here
  •  https://cyberduck.io/download/
• Open the Cyberduck app and click the + icon in the lower left corner

• Choose Amazon S3 from the dropdown

• Reach out to your Customer Success Manager or Support live chat for your S3 credentials.
• When received, input: 
  • Nickname
  • Server
  • Access Key ID
  • Secret Access Key
  • Path

• Close the window
• Find the server on the list
• Right-click on it and click Connect to server

• You will see the folders and assets already existing on your S3 server

• Drag & drop the items you'd like to upload to the S3 server:
  • media
  • single collections or collection structures (with sub-collections)

• Check if the items appear on your ScorePlay platfrom
