My team that’s set up via Integration shows no players

• Synchronize
• No players found
• Clicking the “Synchronize” option doesn’t work

❓ Issue/Question

• The "X" team sync is still showing no athletes. Is that because there is nothing available on the API or because of an error?
• One of the teams athletes is missing in the platform. Could you check what's happening?

👌 Resolution/Answer

• Go to the Teams & Players page, Teams section
• Click the Synchronize option at the top right corner
• Ensure that you select the correct League, Season, and Team

• Enable Synchronize players toggle in the Options section
  • If the correct synchronization pull displays an error, check if the API data provider has all the information about the player up to date and if they are able to send the information correctly.
