👌 Resolution/Answer
- The message could appear even when the upload has actually completed
- Before re-uploading, check whether the file is already on the platform
- Open the collection the upload was targeting and look for the file
- Open the media details page and confirm the media plays and its metadata looks correct
- If the media is there and plays, the upload succeeded, and the message can be ignored. Re-uploading would only create a duplicate.
