Upload button stays disabled when attaching a document to media

❓ Issue/Question

• I'm trying to add scripts as attachments to some assets, however, it's not clear what I'm doing wrong. When I select the document to add, there is no available option to complete the action.

👌 Resolution/Answer

• Add a name to the attachment

• The Upload button becomes enabled once the title field is filled in

🥚 Cause (optional)

• The Upload button stays disabled if the Name field is empty
